I Spy books were so genuinely peak
Even without looking for the objects, I'd just stare at the images for hours. So much detail, so many different scenes with their own feel. How much time went into each? What happened to all those little objects after the photos were taken? What was it like searching for new trinkets and having ideas run around in your head?
They were so intricate and so much work went into them, they're such beautiful pieces of art. It must have been so fun to set up.
