8:33 PM
Win (calling out from his bedroom): Mama, I'm bored.
Me: Just close your eyes and go to sleep!
Win: That will just make me border.

Bathtime Burn
Win: My penis is as big as daddy's now.
Eleanor: No it's not. Daddy's is way bigger.
Win: Well, your penis is lost!
Lollytops taste tasty!

Mama's Boy
Win: Oh no, a monster's coming! Hide!
Me: Oh no! I'm scared!
Win: It's ok mama, I'll keep you safe.
Then he gave me a hug and my heart exploded.
Winism
Hands down, Win's favorite food is macaroni and cheese. He's been eating a lot of it lately because he is on a soft food diet while his tooth heals from its injury. The name he has come up with for this favorite dish of his just kills me with cuteness: Mac-o-cheese! I think I'm just going to call it mac-o-cheese from now on too.
Something I Don't Want to Forget
The hushed and awed way that Win always says "da staahs" (the stars). He loves pointing them out in books and the glow in the dark ones on the wall of his bedroom. It's like he somehow understands the wonder they inspire already.
Win Says
Tonight during dinner Win kept pointing to his sippy cup and saying "ish" (fish). I couldn't figured out what he was trying to get across, but then I looked closer and saw a tiny seed from a grape tomato had somehow worked its way inside his cup. It did indeed look like a little fish floating in his water!
