Honestly the rain wasn’t too bad today it was light and fresh until it turned red

Odd I don’t usually have holes in my chest

Heart hit bad trip must have opened it

Now the rain is dark and thick

But it isn’t something I’d worry about just need to wait til the sun comes out

the rain was ok but the falling stars were hell, got holes through all the best parts of myself,

hey lookit,

the light shines through,

and the remaining stars busy wishing on you, I hedged my bets on the only constellation I could see,

even that now coming toward me

Weak Bridges

We didn’t see the signs

Or start off slow

We just sprinted to the middle

Now we’ve nowhere to go

Ropes and wood waver

Threatening to collapse

Might as well risk running forward

It’s worth more than going back

How could we see the signs,

When we had eyes only for each other,

It wasn't a race yet we were flying,

Buzzing through strands of time,

In our heedlessness,

What happened was inevitable,

We came to a place of no return,

And no paths defined ahead,

The bridges that were there,

In our hastiness, we didn't realize,

We trampled them,

And now we are stranded.

Past the point of no return

Lovers always crash and burn

A whirlwind became hurricane romance

And tore up the fated overpass

Perhaps the middle of nowhere,

Was supposed to be our everywhere,

For whirlwinds were slowly rising,

And we were just lost in the piles of sand around us.
