After all, even if the bartender could make any drink you think of, the assumption was that you knew what to order first. He ends up browsing the streets of Star Trail, navigating stalls of spices and exotic ingredients before—inevitably—finding one with wines from another world.

Picking up a random bottle, he asks the shopkeeper what he's selling and frowns at the answer.

"...dandelion wine?" he echoes, unimpressed.

"If I recall, that's the name of a weed."

He’s a little taken off guard at suddenly being hugged. Maybe Venti had been just as worried as him about it, though for different reasons. Ambrose had almost chickened out of bringing it up, a few days spent working up the nerve to ask. He laughs nervously as he pats a hand against Venti’s back, shaking his head. Good thing he didn’t drop the box of chocolates.

“No, no, it’s okay, really— I wasn’t any better, putting it off until so last minute. I am just relieved we could meet again, though. And it seemed like a suiting day to ask… so…”

He’s also relieved to have the invitation received well! Though still a little nervous, he continues talking in an attempt not to dwell on it.

“I don’t really mind what we do, so long as where we go at least has something I can handle eating.” He really doesn’t want to get sick in the middle of dinner. “But I guess it might be hard to get a seat anywhere last minute if a lot of people are taking their partners out… oh dear.”

The man thank Huey as he run off with the money Huey just transfer. Huey seem to doing the finishing touch to the casino.

"Jimmy? Keep a eye on the guy if Andrews waste his chance..."

It's got to be grand. It's gotta be....bah. Probably nobody would even know about it. Huey count himself lucky if he can even get 20 big shots into the building. He a nobody in this city nobody heard of or give a shit about. But he gotta give it his best as Huey smell a familar smell of wine and fresh air.

"Venti. Gonna condemn me for opening a den of sin and debaurchy?"

War, the red horseman. He's returned to this dimension against his will. He rides atop his terrifying steed of smoke and flame along the streets of the Golden Ward. People cower in fear, or stumble to move out of his way.

The horseman's stern expression did not waver; and one would not be judged for assuming he held anything besides malice in his heart for all who should encounter him. However, at the moment his focus was directed towards a familiar figure in the distance.

A rather small figure when compared to the steed that was stomping his way forward. Yes, Ruin's hooves left scorch marks every where he went. Just another reminder of how terrifying the horseman was--

He stopped Ruin right in front of the small figure, and took a breath. What horrible words would this ageless battle worn being speak!?

"Hello, bard. It is good to see you."

Having four ears makes one sensitive to sound, but fortunately Kyubey is awakened from his nap by pleasant ones. He finds the source of the noise first—music notes—then pokes his head out of the branches of his latest tree to see a slight figure dressed in green playing a stringed instrument.

Kyubey looks around; there aren't any other humans about. Was this one practicing by himself? He's about to lie down and continue his nap when his tail knocks into some leaves, sending them raining down on the poor fellow below.

"I like the color pink and cute dresses with lots of ribbons and bows and lace, and I can cook and clean and do all the Cinderella things. Also, I'm SUPER pretty and talented and sweet! I know how to play a bunch of different instruments and I've studied LANGUAGES and I've traveled the world and I think long walks on the beach are fine as long as you do it barefoot by the sunset and the other day my post on Spinstagram got over 5,000 likes in an hour and I'm great with animals and have a green thumb and—"

"You're…" she starts with some hesitation, as she's not entirely sure if she's addressing the right person. He matches the description given to her by Lumine, and the vision hanging at his belt is enough of an indicator that he hails from Teyvat just as she does. "from Mondstadt…aren't you?" finally, she asks, but not in full. She'd rather not be so forward in questioning whether or not he may be the archon that had been described to her, but he seems to carry himself in such a way that gives her pause.

Either way, hopefully, he'll forgive the disrespect if he happens to be who she thinks he is. "You'll have to forgive me. It's been some time since I've met with someone from Teyvat."

@windmadepoet cont from here "S-sir???? Mobei Jun, good sir!" He laughs, caught off guard but certainly not complaining at having someone who enjoys his music. "Pray tell that you intend to pay this humble bard in the form of alcohol, yes? It's simply the best form of payment!" It was rare for someone to manhandle him in such a way, but it was entertaining for him. It makes him giggle more, a cute sound that almost sounds like a gentle breeze

He says little in way of payment, but instead bleeds through shadows that cloak the pair. From one room to the next, light shines through as he steps into a familiar looking pub- the very same place he had first met his bard. Mobei Jun walks up to a human who was laid out on their back, and at their feed lay broken pieces of some stringed instrument. Apparently the irate ice demon disliked this bard's choice of music and brought his own.

"Show him." Mobei Jun lightly puts Venti down, turning him towards the snot sobbing fool. "Show him how its done right."
