a while ago someone on tilde.town's IRC gave me the idea to sketch a witch window sitter
Evangelion Desktop/Window Sitters (port download)
I got these guys ported to Shimeji so now they work on Windows 7/8/10 etc. They don't behave like normal Shimeji, they simply sit on your taskbar - or your internet window - and blink. You can pick them up and move them, too. They don't work exactly the same as the original one by Elemental Soft does, but it's probably a little less intrusive?
