ing a game that requires the shift key to move about a bit faster since the avatars move so agonizingly slow my friend accidentally activated sticky keys and now she hears a weird clicking and cannot type at all...yet her computer was able to let her put her password in to get on the computer in the first place?(yes this was after she had activated sticky keys we tried restarting to see if it would fix it) so we tried also turning it off in the control pannel that did nothing we tried hitting the shift key 5 times in rapid succession to get the dialog box back up and that didnt work and we even tried pushing both shift keys at the same time to try to reset the keyboard and turn it off and still she cannot type and hears an annoying clicking sound.(i understand why its needed but why is sticky keys such an easy thing to activate? why couldnt it be some obscure button that can only be hit with intention?) so i am currently asking for any help that would turn it off so she can actualy type out things again. please she really needs this right now the computer is her only form of escape and if she cannot type on it she will lose her mind not being able to use it to escape her family.(she uses windows 7 if that helps any)

alright so i'm having a problem with my laptop. i've googled it and done everything that i've seen people say to do.

i've had my laptop for around 4 1/2 years now and it came preinstalled with windows 7. all of a sudden for the past day, i've been getting this window pop up every hour or so saying "your copy of windows is not genuine". if i go into my computer properties, it says windows is activated.

has anyone else ever had this problem or know why it's doing this all of a sudden? and does anyone know how to fix it? it's really bothering me. the only thing i haven't done is run a virus scan (i'm about to do that now) so is it possible it could be a virus?

Now I get home and my admin has a password and my profile/account is time restricted like I'm 7. Fab. What the actual fuck.
