And since I couldn’t upload the startup and shutdown sounds with the wallpapers, here they are here as a separate post.

I used various sounds to assemble each themes’ startup and shutdown sounds. For example, the first startup sound uses Windows 98′s default startup sound and the startup sound from MSN Explorer 6’s installation wizard. However, some of these sounds were created by Nermal Cat (one of which I edited) from their Windows Never Released videos on YouTube (which are, sadly, gone now 😞).
