I actually don’t drink that many cold things. But what I do love are fruit smoothies, especially this time of year. Either bought or home-made (when I make them, they are called “concoctions”)
2. First tv show that changed your life?
Hmm well the first thing I can remember is Star Trek: Voyager – I watched it when I was about four and Janeway was my role model. However, nothing’s had such a profound impact on my life as Babylon 5 (and I doubt anything will again). It came along at a really difficult point in my life when I really needed something to look forward to in a day and something to give me hope. The show made me stronger and I believe it’s made me a better person too. And I always have something to believe in now when it feels like the whole world is saying “no, you can’t”.
Chistopher Nolan, and Hayao Miyazaki definitely.

5. What do you value most in a friend?
Loyalty, seriously, and just thoughtfulness toward me. Knowing you’re going to be around and think of me not only when we are occupying the same room. I’ve had far too many people who don’t stick around. Also, the ability to banter and hold a great effortless conversation and have inside jokes. That’s how you know you’re on the same wavelength.
6. Do you have siblings? Do you get along/not get along?
No, only child. While that does come with many perks, I do wonder sometimes if it wouldn’t better to have a sibling and have someone your age around all the time to relate to and hang out with. I imagine I might have grown up less isolated, and maybe be a little less lonely now, if I had siblings.
7. Do you prefer to draw or write?
Write – I can’t draw worth peanuts.
8. Do you play videogames? What’s your favorite?
9. What’s the weirdest pet you’ve had?
Ummm I’ve only ever had a cat and fish. But there was that one time a friend and I decided to catch caterpillars and keep them so they could turn into butterflies. That lasted for about a day until they had to go back outside (I think some escaped from their crate and mom was not pleased).
10. What would you name your children?
I’ve always had a fondness for (usually) long, elegant-sounding girls’ names. Like Anastasia, Katerina, Charlotte, Arya, etc. I wish my name didn’t sound so prosaic =/. For a boy, he would at least have to have his middle name be Xanatos. Because that’s a badass name and it belongs to a badass sexyfine character.
