But Pomni preening her wings or having someone else preen them. *bows and falls of the stage*

More valkyrie Purple art.

Red's having the time of his life with Purple's wings, blabbing on all the bird facts he knows, while Green's just happy to help her.

Not a big fan of how their faces turned out but it felt like they needed them for this piece.

I'm gonna try to keep making more art. I have plenty of aus and ideas in my head, I just need to get them out there and hopefully this'll motivate me to do so.

A small little idea I have for Hazbin. Don’t worry, there aren’t any spoilers in this one.

Preening wings is basically ingrained in Angels. It’s a bonding activity and helps them relax. Seeing messy wings on someone is a sign of distress and kinda triggers other angels instincts to preen them. Husks wings are really messy at the start of the show.

Ever since Vaggie met Husk she’s been wanting to get her hands on his wings. They are messy she’s surprised he can even use them. She doesn’t know how to bring it up to him.

When Lucifer first meets everyone, he has the same thought about Husks ratty wings. They’re really pretty but so messy.

After they rebuilt the hotel in season 1 Vaggie has the opportunity to finally approach Husk about it. Little does she know he wanted to ask her for some help too. He had never met anyone with feathered wings in hell before (I like to think wings are rare in general but even more so feathered ones) and they’ve always been bothering him, especially after flying.

Husk approaches Vaggie in the lobby and asks her before she can agree Lucifer overhears them and invites himself. He’s been itching to get to do someone’s wings again for millennia and now he has two people to do that with!

Anyway- they bond a lot. Lucifer tells them all the embarrassing stories about Charlie, Vaggie warms up to her future father-in-law and Husk is finally getting the hang of how to handle his wings.

Also Vaggie and Husk teach Lucifer Spanish. He’s not great but he’s getting there. Lucifer also knows their names at this point, they think him „messing up“ is funny. Both Vaggie and Lucifer thing Husks magic tricks are cool. Occasionally they go flying together too.

No one really knows about this for a while until everyone starts looking for them after not having seen them for a few hours. They reach Lucifer’s tower and go in after Charlie knocks a few times and no one answered. When they enter they find all three sitting on the floor Husk braiding Vaggies hair, Vaggie putting a face mask on Lucifer as he rambles about his newest idea for a duck.

oh to be sat cross-legged between a boy's legs while he preens my wings. to be gracefully vulnerable to be painfully intimate. to be hurt tenderly by the gentlest of hands. oh to hear an apology with every hiss and wince.
