Atlantic & Pacific Action

Continuing a string of posts on a section of the former ATSF, here's a westbound freight at Wingate, east of Gallup, New Mexico.

Prior to these images, I wanted at this spot for most of an hour, watching the sun drop toward, and then just under the horizon. This train showed just as I was putting the camera away, with no direct sunlight. I should say, I had been to this very spot back in the fall of 2018 with some nice soft light on the red stone there.

Again, this is a section of the original Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe that utilized the Atlanta & Pacific Charter between Isleta, NM and Needles, CA. Now it's just another portion of the BNSF.

1.17.2017 ~ 8/100 Days of Productivity 

Ah, Good Evening Everyone!! Today was a very busy day with a lot of things going on in school, but today I did manage to get some AP lang homework on satirical analyzation done at least!! 

Today when I checked the mail, a majority of it was from colleges and tbh there are sooo many choices right now I feel like I’m drowning in Colleges >.<

Anyways, since 8 is my all time favorite number and today is my eighth day of productivity, I figured I'd share something about me which is my favorite quote: "Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon." This has been my favorite inspirational quote that's not song lyrics since I first heard it in 6th grade! If you have a favorite quote, feel free to tell me, I love hearing from you guys!!
