so uhhhh i am bingewatching bnha and

i had some thoughts :D AJSJAJAJ

basically. qsmp & bnha crossover au, and Techno is also there because EMERALD DUO!! MY SILLIES

my current thoughts on the storyline is that the school 'Q.I. High' is a school that focuses on bringing together people from varying cultures, parts of the world etc by having them train together to become pro heroes. this encourages everyone to learn and work together underneath one goal!

the school is on a hidden, isolated island far away from society. QI High in itself has gained quite the popularity due to it’s unique way of teaching, though there have been a few rumours that there‘s a deeper, darker truth to the school - which catches the attention of a few pro heroes that are from the UA high :D

More silly headcanons around qPhilza :D Silly birb boi

Phil does have the urge to sometimes build nests, it makes himself feel safe and it‘s the best way to sleep for him, rest, etc. ( and it helps to calm down his other Avian instincts )

His nest, besides his own pillows, blankets and more cuddly things, also consist out of a few things that belong to his closest friends. Phil has either asked them for something he could add to his nest ( after building up the courage to do so, because it feels embarrassing ) or he just has straight up yoinked & stolen it from them WHEEZE

I also like the slight idea that the people he feels most comfortable with knowing about this also have small nests for Phil in their own houses, when he comes over for whatever reason.

His Flock on the qsmp consists mainly out of all the Eggs, Missa, Fit, Wilbur, Tubbo, Forever and Etoiles. He however trusts a couple other people decently well too that‘d somewhat fall under slight Flock instincts, such as Cellbit, Jaiden, Baghera, Bad, etc.

However the Eggs have had to deal with them being yoinked to and stay in Phils nest before ( usually only Chayanne & Tallulah, but Ramón, Richarlyson and Pomme are also all decently often there ). When there is no Egg around that he can yoink and protect in his nest, he just straight up does that with the others of his Flock. Besides the Eggs, Fit is probably the one who‘s most often with Phil in the nest because he‘s the closest near him usually.

( Yes, at some point he has yoinked all the Eggs too, most likely during a bad scare from a code monster attack )

Adding onto that, only his Flock is allowed to help preen his wings or generally touch them if it ever comes to it.

Also bonus point to add for my culture headcanons surrounding Avians :

Phil doesn‘t fully participate in his culture for personal reasons, but he still knows a lot about it. When he does indulge in it, his favorite part will always be the varying dances in celebrations that he usually does with other Avians or pulls his Flock into it :D

Also Phil growing out his hair more to add a couple of small braids into it, all to resemble his most closest and trusted people.

I can‘t quite explain it, but I have some thoughts I want to share and want to so badly hear others opinions on it, too :

In which Duos / Groups do you think qPhil is the Sun to someones Moon?

It feels like such a silly question WHEEZE but it intrigues me, because I feel like there’s barely any people where Phil is actually the Sun.

With Emerald Duo as an example, I imagine that Phil here is most often the Sun to Technos Moon ( albeit their dynamic allows both things easily - they are each others guarding Stars, even ). It just feels right, it makes sense for me, y‘know? I adore the idea of how strong their bond is, Phil being the light that Techno cannot live without anymore - he can only shine with the light that Phil has given him and in return, he‘d give him the world and hang up the stars to see in the sky & don‘t even get me started on how willingly Phil would sacrifice his own light if it meant Techno could shine. I‘d imagine that after leaving the Antarctic Empire, Phil has „lost“ the light to be someone elses Sun again.

However with most other Duos or Groups I cannot imagine Phil being the Sun - while Phil is most often a light of hope that cannot be easily taken away, it‘s just not the same.

Take Death Duo, as an example. For the longest time even with Missa being away, Phil had held onto the hope of Missa keeping his word to return and thus Phil kept doing things not just for himself, Chayanne and later on Tallulah, but also for Missa in mind. He never said „Let’s warp to mine“ or „Warp to Phils House“, it was always „Phil and Missas“. The more time Missa was away from him, the more his own glow faded. With Missa returning, his ever so faded shine started blooming again and he was glowing. Missa is the Sun to Phils Moon. Phil sees the sunlight of him and holds onto the hope of Missas return every time. While sure, Phil does a lot to protect Missa and help him in getting everything together, I just can‘t imagine Missa as the Moon.

With a few Duos I‘m uncertain of - I could see that the Codebreakers would be a Duo that could match each other’s energy heavily but I‘d still insist that Phil would most likely be the Moon here. Etoiles is the Sun that is shown as the bright light of hope to fight and win against the Code Monsters, that the Eggs can be safe from them. Phil glows with Etoiles‘ light and trusts him in any combat situation.

Alternatively instead of being the Sun and Moon here, I could easily see Phil and Etoiles being the Stars to everyone else too, it just feels right.

Silly thought after last post

Phil needing to feel secure and safe, doing this by perching —> Phil starts perching on Etoiles whenever he‘s around

I‘ve seen a couple of people draw qEtoiles with a tail and I am SO NORMAL ABOUT THAT

Usually for most characters I headcanon to have a tail it serves either for balance and / or combat purposes. On occasion I headcanon Phil with some kind of tail, because I‘ve seen people do that and I am so normal about it (lie), usually a long fluffy tail that he uses for various things ( attaching lil bags on them to carry things, balancing his perching and flight, etc. ) just because I love fluffy tails that you can wrap around your fellow friends <33 KAJAJ

With Etoiles I think it‘d have no direct purpose like above and it is just an appearance thing, but I love it either way

If Etoiles doesn‘t see Phil at least every few days, especially in my Code au after everything that’s been happening there, then by the time they do interact again he just instinctively wraps his tail around one of Phils arms because. You sir. Where the fuck have you been AJAKJA

It‘d be funny if Etoiles doesn’t even notice it himself sometimes, it just happens and Phil gets used to it eventually that he just tags along with Etoiles & follows him around

speaking of his communicator always crashing, phil 100% carries a little repair kit for etoiles communicator and on reflex pulls it out whenever he gets more then 5 notifs at a time from him as he's preparing to have to patch it up a bit from etoiles repeatedly crashing it via spam (in fact, not only him- but all the other french-speakers have a carry on repair kit for Specifically etoiles communicator) - 💿

Okay just imagine Phil and Etoiles sitting on the ground in the middle of nowhere, probably after Phil used the sharestone that Etoiles put down, and he‘s repairing the poor communicator again. There‘s a few couple, yet playful, scoldings from Phils side that he needs to stop breaking his communicator because ‘what if something happens and you need to message us, or I need to message you and I can‘t because it‘s broken?‘

But Etoiles just shrugs it off with a big smile as he watches Phil patch it back up, saying how some of the others also have started carrying these repair kits, so it doesn‘t stay broken for long anyway-

Something something about Phil purposely tightening his grip on Etoiles arm as he puts the communicator back in place, mumbling about needing to ask Tubbo about making an ‘Etoiles proofed Communicator‘

sometimes when phil is yoinking people into his nest, pomme definitely uses it to her advantage to get etoiles to stay in one place and take a break from all the exploring he's doing by acting like they're just doing a quick visit to phil to drop something off for a gift quest and BOOM SIKE IT WAS A TRAP guess who just yanked them into the nest- now etoiles has to sit in there for who knows how long and let himself rest while make paintings with his very Very smug daughter who finally got him right where she wants him as they both know how rude it is to just Leave another avians nest. (trapped by social convention, she is her father's daughter and being as clever as him has made etoiles so intensely proud but also so endearingly annoyed) - 💿

I LOVE THAT

Especially because I headcanon that since Etoiles is often out exploring for a while, he doesn‘t often get yoinked when Phils instincts go brrr

However this causes that when Etoiles does get snatched, he stays there longer than others usually ( which is just another plus point in Pommes opinion tbh AKAJAJ )

Just the image of Pomme letting Etoiles enter the house first to go looking for Phil, and just having this knowing & smug grin when her plan works

Phil gets to be clingy birb, Etoiles gets a break ( albeit he‘s very dramatic about it ) and Pomme can vibe with them :D
