Winning Post 9 2020
another win!
And I’m done!
Not only that I had gone through the journey of Camp NaNo this whole month, I have also exceeded my goal. I entered Camp NaNo this month (July 2019) with 35k words goal, but here I am, finishing it with the final count of 52k words to submit 😭😭😭
I never intended to go beyond what I thought my limit was, but since I have reached my actual goal about one week earlier than planned and I was still having such a good writing streak, I just figured...why not keep going?
And here I am!
What I’ve finished through this month’s Camp NaNo:
Flux: Ripples - final draft writing, final count 16k words, all posted
In Motion - final draft writing+proofreading, final count 21k words (aside from the already finished 10k part that I only proofread along the way), posting schedule
Carousel - first draft writing, current count 7k words, posting schedule
About Time - first draft writing, current count 3k words, posting schedule
Bad For You (Epilogue) - first draft writing, current count 3k words, posting schedule
The Stand-In - re-write/first draft writing, current count 2k, posting schedule
Honey Skies - storyboarding
As much as I am pleased with reaching this month’s goal, I can’t say I’m truly satisfied by it since I have been mostly strayed from my initial goal of finishing my top series and have been focused on my side projects and all the postponed projects instead. That’s why, just as I have mentioned earlier before, I am planning to continue forth in doing this Camp NaNo until the month of August, mainly so I can finish Carousel and publish it soon.
I will be updating next month’s writing chart and list all the projects I will be focusing on and announce them all soon on a different post. In the meantime, feel free to look back at the mess and drama I have gone through during July’s Camp NaNo on the link below:

Until then, see you in August!
