What kind of cherry man are you today?
Listen I know it’s the middle of August but that one scene in the first season of Steven Universe where Steven’s all bundled up on the Maheswaran’s loveseat with Greg snoring on their couch as a piano plays in the background and Steven wakes up and the camera pans out to Connie appearing at the bottom of the steps in her nightgown and she and Steven just stare at each other before she gets a mischievous look on her face and the two carefully look around to make sure no parents will catch her out of bed before she tiptoes over to sit on the floor next to the couch, her knees drawn to her chest, and Steven can’t figure out why until he looks over and sees the window and the two watch the snow pile up on the neighbor’s house together while the piano softly plays...that has to be one of the purest scenes I’ve ever watched in any show, it’s only a minute long but it conveys so much emotion and it just makes you think about every good, wholesome, part of winter and I love it!
