I'm following the belief that winter is the time for rest and reflection vs. the more modern idea of setting goals and resolutions for the new year. I still wanted to create a small list of intentions that I know I can accomplish during the winter months for accountability's sake and to help keep away the S.A.D. I deserve some success and if I have to spoonfeed it to myself, so be it.
I didn't include some other plans, like going outside as much as possible and making all the soups. or that its okay to cry. but yeah basically the plan is to be comfy and let myself be still for a bit and keep doing what I'm doing while taking notes/journaling so when spring arrives I am ready to embark on some larger goals.
