If you have it, here’s a little life story.
Winter’s Fall, my first album, isn’t just a 12 song album where I thought “Hey, I’m going to make an album.” and did it. No.
I guess the idea was conjured up at around 2008, in that level of simplicity but creating the damn thing turned out to be inexplicably the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to do.
Each song on the album was recorded on different dates, separated by years, and the album itself has three different categories of topic, internally.
Motivation, love and the last category I can’t really sum up in one word other than ‘personal.’
Originally the album was supposed to be a story driven album, having characters and little scenes and depth but I’ve given up on making music so many times that the concept was scrapped and I’m surprised this album was even finished. With so much hope behind all the pain and tears during the making of Winter’s Fall, it wasn’t what I expected. It tells a story on its own, not on intention, but by the content I’ve managed to give each song.
Not only has this album helped me grow as a musician, it has helped me grow as a person. Each song was an experience, and each experience a lesson.
This is an album recorded and produced in a bedroom. Never give up on your dreams. That's all I can say.
