I loves roasted beasts, and the Thanksgiving turkey has long been dispatched in our stomachs. I had a little Lamb (less than 3 lbs) in the freezer, so I basted it with Greek Yogurt, Orange Zest, Cardamon, Mint, Salt and Pepper, and marinated it for an hour or so, then roasted it. It came out flavorful, tender, and melt in your mouth.
