Nah, that’s not shitty, dw! And yeah, that resonates too--I didn’t use to be like this either, or at least, I don’t think that I did? Sometimes I wonder if maybe I was just finding ways to deal with it and it’s finally caught up to me haha but idek

Okay I follow your blog in a really casual way and never talk to you but I had to tell you that this post just really hit me bc I experience this as well and I don’t like it and I don’t know what to do. :(

Yeah, it’s...kind of a complicated question, and idk if you experience that kind of questioning sense of “is this normal or...?” Because a lot of people forget stuff and space out! But at the same time, after you’ve spent however long trying to find ways to combat it and it’s still kind of a struggle, you get to wondering..

Idk it’s one of those things that are hard to gauge. I’m kind of thinking of bringing it up to a doctor--I have an appointment later this week, so I might ask a little about it. I’m not sure if it might be like, a nutrient thing or something like ADHD or something else entirely, but I know I’m not really getting anywhere with it by myself :x
