(you asked for a prompt?) road trip? and bucky is totally and appropriately prepared but- oh boy does he have words for tony's dress choices?

Dunno if this is hat you had in mind, but I couldn’t let this image of Tony from my mind so... also let’s say they are both young and with no power.

Bucky just stared, and stared, and stared making Tony squirm under the scrutiny.

“What?” Tony asked after few minutes of silence, playing with the car keys in his hands.

“Well” Bucky started, with a little smile forming on his lips. “You understand that we are going to be on a really long road trip, right?” bucky continued looking up and down Tony squirming form.

“Yes?”

“Just asking because…” Bucky took a deep breath pointing at Tony clothes before starting to laugh, and nearly sliding on the frozen pathway leading to Tony’s apartment.

“WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING?” Tony shouted, going to smack Bucky on the prosthetic arm, after reaching the other man, down the stairs.

“We are going to the mountain not at the beach!” Bucky finally said, pointing at Tony hawaiian shirt, bright pink pants and yellow shoes.

“I know!” Tony retorted, pouting and crossing his arms over his chest, looking sideways before whispering. “I just like colours, also the shirt is really warm even if it doesn’t look like.”

“Oh” Bucky sobered up a little after earing Tony little voice. “I’m sorry sweetheart, I didn’t mean to sound mean, but it really looks like you are ready for the beach, not that I would have anything to say about that…” Bucky at that just stopped, a smile spreading again on his lips. “Let’s move our road trip to somewhere warm, and go to the beach. Ok?” After the change of program from Bucky, Tony just stared with his mouth slightly ajar at the other man, cheeks going pinker for the cold and a smile growing and growing, before shouting with all of his voice.

“YES” and jumping on Bucky, nearly knocking the man with his ass on the hard ground. “I love this idea, also warm is way better, less clothes and more fun…” Tony wiggled his eyebrows, before planting a wet kiss on his favourite man on heart.

“Happy Valentine’s day sweetheart.”

“Happy Valentine’s day Buckaroo.”

It took me a month, and a new lockdown here in Italy to actually write this, but in the end I did it!

“Are you going to stare at my pizza longer?” Bucky asked raising a eyebrow, before going back to eat the pizza in front of him.

“Well” Tony started “Are you going to share? We are a team after all…” Tony ended hopeful, looking at his empty plate, and back at Bucky pizza.

“There’s no I in team, but there is one in pizza” bucky stated, eating another slice.

“…so, you’re not gonna share?” Tony asked again, hopeful.

“Absolutely not.” Bucky ended going to take the last slice, raising it slowly in front of him staring at Tony, before smirking and going to shovel the entire slice inside his mouth, leaving a gaping Tony to stare back.

“You…” Tony blurted out after few second of complete silence, pointing a finger at Bucky. “You are going to know what vengeance is.” Tony announced before, raising from his chair and moving away and toward his workshop, leaving a smirking Bucky behind.

From that day on Bucky week of hell started.

It began with the Cyberman theme song, everytime Bucky entered a room. It continued with magnets, of various size placed around the tower in strategic place, and different every time so Bucky found his arm found his metal arm literally covered in magnet. Tony ignored him, changing direction everytime Bucky moved toward him, never listening to him, never kissing him, never sleeping with him… and that was the last drop that made Bucky snap one morning, after a mission.

“I’m sorry, I should have shared the pizza, I’m sorry, I’m going to buy you a pizza right now but please let me hug you…” Bucky whispered, near Tony that stared at him, while drinking his coffee.

“Come here.” Tony said, with a little smile on his lips, before putting on the table his cup and opening his arms, letting like that Bucky fall and hug him. “I already forgave you, but don’t do that ever again with pizza or coffee, you ear me?” Tony whispered in Bucky ears, making the man shiver, and tuk his head in between Tony shoulder and neck, leaving little kiss.

“Yeah...” Bucky said, going to scoop up Tony in his arms, and moving toward their bedroom and some fun activity. He needed to make up for the lost week in cuddle and sex, but mostly in Tony in his arms. “Never again…” Ended closing the door behind him, with a little smile forming on his lips.

“You come here often?” Tony leaned against the counter nearly missing the surface, making the cute barista snort and Rhodey shake fondly his head behind him.

“Well, I work here. So I think I’d have to say ‘yes’.” Bucky said looking between the cute boy in front of him and the other guy behind that was shaking his head, while mouthing ‘no sleep’ in fond exasperation.

“You are cute you know?” Tony continued obvious at the silent chat between Rhodey and Bucky. “Your name darling?”

“You are not bad yourself sweetheart” Bucky answered back, with a small smile playing on his lips. “Names James by the way, but you can call me Bucky.”

“I’m out” Rhodey groaned shaking his head, and moving away from the two lovebirds.

“Nice to meet you Bucky” Tony grinned, reaching out with one hand and literally falling face first on the counter with a loud thud, followed by a panicked Bucky, that moved fast to check on the boy that just raised his head still smiling, but now with a bloody nose.

“Are you ok?” Bucky asked, going to press gently a clean dish towel, under Tony nose, trying to stop the bleeding.

“Ooooh yeah” Tony continued. “And now that I have your full attention even better.”

“Well sweetheart, you had my attention from the first day you walked that damn door.” Bucky admitted, while cleaning Tony face.

“Oh well…” Tony shrugged “My name is Tony, and we can go out for dinner after your shift ends?”

“It will be my pleasure, but first” Bucky stopped, trowing the towel away, and starting to scribble something on a piece of paper. “This is my number darling, and my shift ends at 9pm.” Bucky ended winking and moving away, leaving a red faced Tony behind.

“Oh…” Tony blinked a few times, shaked his head and turned around screaming. “RHODEYYYYYYYYY” Because he needed to know, he needed to know he finally did it.

Bucky opened his eyes, slowly, staring at red munched lips moving in front of him.

Tony was sleep talking, number, equation and other stuff that Bucky's brain at that hour in the morning didn't want to understand. But it was cute, it was totally Tony, and it was totally kissable, just to make him stop blabbing, just to wake him up.

First kiss, soft and gentle.

Tony crunched his nose, stopped few second and started again.

Another kiss, biting gently at Tony lower lip.

Tony grunted, tried to kiss back, mumbled something and continued to talk number.

Another kiss and Bucky laughed softly. Looking at Tony trying to kiss back again, mumbling and starting to stir in the bed, but finally stopping to talk.

"Good morning sunshine" Bucky whispered softly, going to leave a soft kiss on Tony nose, making his nose curl up again.

"Mh..." Tony mumbled opening slowly one eyes, just to shut it really fast. "Too much light" Groaned, going to bury his face under Bucky chin trying to block the light.

"Well..." Bucky started laughing, leaving another little kiss on Tony's head. "It's morning doll, that's why there is sun outside, it means you need to wake up."

"Don't wanna" Tony groaned again, with his eyes firmly shut, but leaving a trail of kiss on Bucky neck, making Bucky laugh at the tickle. "Let's forget about the world and go back to sleep?"

"I wish." Bucky interrupted Tony, going to raise his boyfriend head with two fingers. "Open your beautiful eyes for me doll, will you?" Bucky asked with a little smile playing on his lips.

Tony did as asked, staring at the beautiful eyes in front of him, waiting.

And waiting...

"Love?" Tony soft voice, that single word and that tone and Bucky melted like ice under the sun.

"Will you marry me?" Bucky blurted out, the words just rolling out of his mouth, like the most natural thing, like he was meant to say that four words from the moment he was born to the man in front of him. Tony expression. Tony expression moving from startled to shocked to exstatic in the span of few second, before tears started to build up at the corner of his eyes, and lips crushed against Bucky's one.

Tony like a manthra started with little "yes, yes, yes" after every little kiss, as the the answer to the most amazing question ever asked to human. “YES” Screamed one last time, before starting to laugh, and laugh and laugh.

Best way to wake up in the morning. Bucky thought, looking at how his days started in the best way possible.

“Please, please don’t leave me alone!” Bucky whispered, stroking away tears rolling down Tony face. “Stay with me.” Continued, pressing with his right hand on the wound on Tony side. “Don’t you dare to leave me right now!” Ended with a little hiccup.

“Not going anywhere” Tony said with a strained voice. “It’s a one time deal” Continued, wincing in pain the moment Bucky hand applied more pressure on the wound. “There is no return receipe, remember?” Ended closing his eyes.

“I know.” Bucky said with a little smile on his lips. “And I’m happy with that” Continued leaning forward, to leave a light kiss on Tony forehead. “But please don’t go where I can’t reach you… Tony?” Bucky stopped, freezed listening for Tony heartbeat slowing down, feeling the heat leave the man he loved. “Please, please, please open your eyes” Bucky begged, prayed for some kind of miracle, prayed for the first time in a really long time.

Winteriron Prompt #04

Let’s talk about a Winteriron Leon AU, because I don’t remember reading anything like this? (If there is, pls I need the link).

Leon/Bucky is a hitman, lives alone in an old building, loves to nurse a plant (cacti, i love cacti) and is antisocial. He doesn’t remember anything of his previous life, he just knows what he needs to do, and that is boss name is Pierce. His last job is to watch the Stark, and report about them, and he do that. Watch and report.

Tony, is the only son of the Stark, Howard is the head of the biggest weapon factory in the world, but Tony hates with all his heart that work, and his family, but not his butler, he loves him with all his heart. One day when he is out, after a fight with his father, his family is killed, and Bucky witness everything, but he can’t do anything, that’s not his job.

Tony when he goes back home, find his family and Jarvis murdered, that’s when he decide to go to the “not so stranger” (he saw Bucky lurking around, and did some research he is a genius after all), so he goes to Bucky for help to take revenge on the people who killed Jarvis. Bucky tries to make him go away, but Tony just makes himself at home and doesn’t move from the house, and like that start their awkward house sharing, with Tony on a side that tries in all the way to convince Bucky to work for him (money at first because that’s the only way he knows thanks to his father, asking, begging because that’s the only option he has after everything), and Bucky on the other that on the first night tried to kill Tony, failing because he can’t kill a kid, he just can’t (maybe his memories are a mess, but he will never kill a kid) and after because Tony start to grow on him, he start to get attached, and his feeling start to change.

But one day, maybe after months? Tony just disappear, leaving behind a little note where he tell Bucky that he is going to revenge Jarvis alone, and kill Obi (the one that plotted to kill his parents).

Bucky after reading that little note, left behind with money and an extra note that tell him “to revenge his death,” just run to save Tony, and he actually succeed at that making the building explode with him inside and Tony safe outside passed out.

When Tony wake up in an hospital, find out what Bucky did, and is devastated, but he moves on taking back Stark Industries and changing everything.

Move forward to years later, where Bucky doesn’t remember anything again (Hydra took him back and deleted all the info about that mission), Tony found out and start HIS mission to take Bucky back with him and save him.

Bucky tilted Tony's chin up to get a better look at his bruised face and the evidence of the fight. Examining every scratch, every bruise, every little drop of blood on his lover face. Every single one.

Bucky moved delicately his thumbs over Tony's face, trying to brush away the streak of blood by Tony’s mouth, making him hiss in pain and the blood smear over his cheeks, but Bucky continued his examination without muttering a single words, always so gentle. After a brief pause from Bucky gentle finger mapping his face, Tony’s heart skipped a beat knowing what was going to happen, knowing full well the look in Bucky’s eyes.

Bucky looked him dead in the eyes. Voice quiet and tense, with anger barely restrained.

“Who did this to you?”

Tony just gently moved his hand to cover Bucky’s one near his mouth, shaking his head.

"It's ok" Tony started, just to be shushed with a thumbs on his lips.

"Who did this to you?" Bucky repeated again not missing a beat, and actually trying to restrain his boiling anger from exploding in front of his lover. Because he could see in the way Tony moved, in the way his right hand shaked, that the bruises he actually saw on the surface where only the tip of the iceberg, that Tony was hurting more than he could see and… shaking his head and taking a deep breath to calm his raging heart, Bucky fixed his eyes again on Tony. “Let’s go to the infirmary” Announced, turning around and keeping Tony hand in his afraid of letting him go.

At that Tony just let out a breath he didn’t knew he was holding and relaxed a bit.

“Oh” Bucky said hearing Tony relaxing behind him, and slowing down like a heavy weight was lifted from his shoulder. “Now I’m taking care of you, then I’m going to beat some asses.” Ended in a more hushed, and dark tone.

“Bucky please don’t” Tony tried to calm his lover, tugging a little his hand, batting his eyelashes and pouting… without any result.

“Bucky yes.” Bucky answered back with a big grin forming on his lips, just thinking of different way of torture, different way of making the bastard suffer. Because even if Tony didn’t tell him the name of the culprit, he had his way to found out who did that, and in that case revenge would be even more sweet after a hunt.

“Bucky please stop” Bucky heard Tony exasperated words, like he was trying to talk to a kid. 

“Never doll, never.” Because no one touched what was his, no one hurt his sun, no one. “They know the rules, they touch you, they hurt you, they die. Simple.” With that bucky ended his little talk, squeezed gently Tony’s hand and started to move again toward the infirmary, ignoring Tony mumbling about being with a damn overprotective boyfriend, that actually was a feared mafia boss.

“Lucky me” Tony mumbled a little louder, with fondness in his tone.

Lucky me, thought Bucky smiling.

It was slow, and painful. Slow and really painful. Tony moved one arm and winced, opened one eye and bright light assaulted him making him hiss. Damn.

“Uhm”

“Tony!” Bucky uncertain voice reached his ears, like fresh water in the desert.

“My King.” Tony rasped out with unused voice, but with a little smile blossoming on his dry lips. “What did I do this time?” Tony asked, confused on why he was in a hospital bed. Why all his body hurt like hell. Why his memory was all foggy… why...

“Here” Bucky tired, but relieved face appeared in his field vision when an ice chip touched his dry lips like balm.

“Mh” Tony mumbled, and opened his mouth without thinking, letting the cold piece melt slowly and calm down the fire that started to blossom in his throat.

“You were in a coma” Bucky started, making Tony turn his head a little, to look at the man near him, his love, his future, his husband, all his life, but what he saw was pain, a lot of pain behind red eyes. “For a month Tony, an entire month where the doctor didn’t know if you would actually wake up... an entire month…” Bucky voice broke, and Tony memories of what happened started to slowly come back to him, like bits and pieces of a puzzle he just needed to fits together. 

“I’m sorry…” Tony started, reaching out with his right hand to touch Bucky face, to make him look at him. “I’m sorry” Tony repeated again, when Bucky hand closed on his one. “But I’m here now, and I’m not going anywhere, you are stuck with me, remember?” Bucky nodded slowly at that, a little strained smile forming on his face. “Good, because there is no recipe to give back. Nothing.” 

Bucky laughed at that, for the first time after in a month. Washing away his pain and his sorrow bottled up, finally welcoming back the light that Tony always brought with him.

“My Queen.” Bucky whispered, bending down to leave a gentle kiss on Tony forehead. “Rest” Ended, squeezing the warm hand in his. “Rest and recover, and come back to me.”

“My King.” Tony whispered back, already half asleep. “I will always come back to you. Always.”
