📍Le Norte Bistro Came here during winterlicious I really liked how the room is decorated. Its so cute when I realized the clock there was Paris time. 🤗🤗 1️⃣Tartare de boeuf(Beef tartare): 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 The yolk on the top created a smooth taste with the carefully-made beef. Several small piece of pickles actually highlighted everything, made the whole dish a distinguished one. 2️⃣Escargot: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 Rich flavoured, but not too oily, well made. 3️⃣Saumon à l'oseille(Salmon):🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 The salmon was perfectly cooked with crispy skin. My first time had the celery root purée: it was quite smooth and unique. 4️⃣Steak & Frites: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 The steak was just alright, would've been better if the chef chose some better cut of the beef?
