Yes, Atsuhiro Sako was, as a headcanon, a professional dom before joining the League of Villains.
I came up with the idea for two reasons. One, he's the oldest member of the League, hence has more experience. Two, he's a very attractive showman.
I got a feeling that, despite his love for it, being an entertainer was not enough to pay the bills. So he had to do a "side gig" of being a dom (and occasional bottom) for fetish clubs and private clients.
He tried to use the mantra of "I am just doing this for the paycheck," but soon came to enjoy the dominance he had, especially when it came to his wealthy clients.
This is how he got the skills of escape artistry, high pain tolerance, and flexibility. Honestly, it is hard to imagine that he was not in pain when he was compressing parts of his body.
