Me, ordering more seeds: this is the last time this spring I swear-
Hello December! ❄️ Hi guys, I've been doing a lot lately and I've been met with ups (and more downs than anything else). This past month went equal parts fast and grueling slow. Realization sets in and loneliness is the obvious reality. My medical issues are.. issuing. Lest I complain more, I miss you guys and I'll try to be more frequent. I've been and will be working on some exciting projects for the future. I hope all is well with you! If you actually read this, thanks for caring too. 🤗
This is everything to me. #pie #🥧 #winterprojects (at Garden Homes) https://www.instagram.com/p/CIHaT54jeWD/?igshid=kvi84qhn60ax
I guess I am back in the #mosaic #business. Busy making more forms since I committed to an art show in March. Gotta make some pieces the #littlepeople might be able to afford.😂 #somanyhours #stuccomesh forms then #concrete then on to the fun part of #tiling #winterprojects #art #craft https://www.instagram.com/p/BosOBixgzHD/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1l1j3fndnumsz
Yesterday's work in White 🍁. Before and after oiling. . . . #woodspoon #makersgonnamake #makersmovement #woodworking #sparetime #winterprojects
Me: what if we DON’T start digging that trench today because like baby, it’s cold outside?
My internal dialogue, sounding suspiciously like my father in his youth: BETTER TO DIG SOME TODAY THAN DO IT ALL SATURDAY
me, also, very quietly: but cold
Me, two weeks ago: okay I’ll plant 3 artichoke seeds per pot and then I’ll probably get like 4 artichokes, that’s a respectable and good number to start with a perennial vegetable
Me, today, sweating nervously as I examine my pots: okay wow 75% germination rate in 10 days, don’t panic yet you still have to keep them alive for 10 more weeks to transplant-
Waiting for it to be above freezing so I can shovel dirt into my raised beds without being a little icicle about it
