Back in business after a weeks worth of trying to fight the mother of all colds

Easing back into the game with a chill 6K on the treadmill today (it said 5K on the treadmill but hey a girl can follow her sports watch if she wants to!).

Another thing: I disabled my automatic facebook posts. Somehow it seemed like I was screaming "look at me I'm running bitchezzz!" so yeah there you go tumblrs. Thou art my only audience as of now. 

Being ill for a week usually means that I go into hibernation mode. This means: lots and lots of food and sleeping. Yes, I am a polar bear. But no more of that! Plans for this week:

Monday: Running (DONE! 5K so not really according to plan but didn't want to overdo it)

Tuesday: Bodypump (aka weightlifting at healthcity)

Wednesday: Swimming (refound love but my body is not really adjusting as fast as i would like)

Thursday: Prolly a short run over lunch

Friday: Running

Saturday: Rest! (and figuring out some Moving stuff: yup I'm leaving the big city and moving back to my hometown!)
