You Don't Know This Man || Natasha & The Winter Solider
The mission was supposed to be routine, standard. "Boring" was the exact work her SO used, but Garrett was clearly in the spy business for the thrill of the chase. Nevertheless, Natasha found herself on a plane to Russia, ready to escort the infamously sneaky (and devilishly handsome) ex-HYDRA agent Anton Yegorovich back to SHIELD where he could give them information about the formidable foe. Natasha couldn't understand why if Yegorovitch was so high up, he needed an escort. SHIELD had cut him a good deal so unless he planned on blowing up the plane before he got anywhere near SHIELD, there really wasn't much she could do. But orders were orders, and Natasha always followed.
To say Yegorovitch was a slime ball would be an understatement. Flirtatious remarks, dirty jokes and innuendos aside, he just had one of those faces that made you want to shove his head up his ass. But unfortunately for Natasha, he was her assignment. So she did her best to ignore him, trying to think what he could have possibly brought to the table when the driver of the car suddenly stopped. Natasha looked up, curious. "What's going on?" She demanded, her voice all business as Yegorovitch simply looked amused. The driver didn't answer, and Natasha could tell that something was wrong. "Stay where you are." She growled to Yegrovitch before pushing the car door open.
