A follow-up to this wonderful Wisdomverse fanart by @deeeeeeeer3 of Dawn and …Hyrule? :). (Check the comments of that post for an explanation)

This is exactly what I had in mind when I came up with the hyrule tunic theory, and even before then! I had something very similar planned as a backstory scene for the Decline Trio— and when I came up with the tunic theory, I was glad to have a more fitting explanation for how Echo and Hyrule knew Dawn was in trouble. So Deer’s art is perfect, and even more so for more reasons than I can say at the moment. Love the art, Deer! I had a lot of fun drawing this response!

God gives his strongest soldiers the toughest battles

And by that I mean Echo and Silent.

Kid Ganondorf from Coh is the same guy who makes the Great Decline happen and tortures Dawn. This has terrible implications for the events of Wisdomverse.

Other than creating a parallel timeline (which wouldn't erase the events of the current timeline mind you), Echo and Silent have two choices:

A. Go back their era and watch this kid become the biggest threat in all of Zelda canon.

Or

B. Stay in the era of the Great Decline with Dawn and Hyrule.

Except neither is possible

If both of them abandon their era and everyone they know, then Silent doesn't die.

Silent needs to die in order for the Hero's spirit to reincarnate into Hyrule. Else we have another "random badass kid who just so happens to be called Link" like Wind.(Which im not against I suppose but it would be CRAZY)

If they go back to their era then they have to just watch as this Ganondorf grows up to be this guy and NOT stop him. Now, i guess its not impossible for them not to realize that the kid is the big bad, but would also be CRAZY.

Like dude its the whole killing Thanos/Darkseid as a baby thing all over again.

Which now that I think about it could also be another possible thing they could do.

And would, of course, be CRAZY.

Like dude, what is even going on with Silent in his time right now?

Is the kingdom already divided and panicked because Echo has been in a coma for months? Do they distrust The Prince? Or is it still early enough where the kingdom is still holding out to hope but Silent is quickly loosing his mind?

Guess it doesnt matter because either way after the whole ordeal is done they have another one to face

No matter how strong they are, the Great Decline is coming.
