For the 40th Anniversary of the Zelda series, I sketched every single mainline Link! (and one Zelda <3)

I started this ages ago, and went back to it recently now that I’ve played every single Zelda game. Drawing all of them took me so long! But I feel like I’ve gotten better at art during the process, and I’m proud of the result.

Now I can go back to working on the Wisdomverse Zelda comics 😆

Would you play a Wisdomverse game?

me: alright I'm just going to make a hypothetical title screen. I'm not gonna put in too much effort-

first of all: Wisdomverse is made by @linderosse. But you probably already knew that.

second of all: this ain't a rom hack. I just made a hypothetical intro sequence for a The Secrets We Keep video game.

third of all: all the music in this has been slowed down to hopefully avoid copyright infringement. Plus, this is legally a Link to the Past parody!

fourth of all: I can't code. I don't know any coding languages. Don't expect me to make a full Wisdomverse game from scratch.

finally: if you wanna code a Wisdomverse game, go for it! Just remember to credit @linderosse for making wisdomverse. Oh, and if you do make a Wisdomverse game, it better be free to play. After all, if you make a profit off of your game, Nintendo will pummel you with cease and desist suits until you surrender. And I know if they came after me, I'd just take my stuff off the internet. No need to face their wrath.
