Dine & Dish With Dawn: Robbins Brothers Evening of Design benefiting Wish Upon A Wedding
They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend.
Well, if that’s true, then I made a whole heavenly host of best friends when I hosted the Robbins Brothers’ Evening of Design event, a preview of some of the best looks from the upcoming Engagement Season, benefiting Wish Upon A Wedding.
In addition to my new - ahem - “best friends” in the form of jewels, I also invited a bunch of my real-life influencer friends to gather to indulge in trying on some serious ice with me (the aforementioned diamond best friends), eat a little icing (in the form of a beautiful and delicious Beverly’s Bakery cake)...
Pose for custom illustrations by my good friend, Courtney Coloring, that we got to take home with us...
Win a few raffle prizes (that I had the supreme pleasure of announcing)...
And, all while posting with a purpose: to raise money for the nonprofit, Wish Upon A Wedding - a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that grants weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illness or a life-altering circumstance.
In other words, as I always put it, a wish-fulfilling organization that grants wishes of love.

My guests and I tried on our favorite designs and then posted on Instagram as we are known to do.
The best part? Just for doing what we love, Robbins Brothers donated $50 for each post posted to Wish Upon A Wedding.
A glimpse of what we got to try on?

As you can see, just like in life, my new best friends are unique, shiny, colorful and utterly effervescent.
And, if you ask me, that makes for one HECK of a beautiful engagement ring.
Thank you for hosting this beautiful, bonding event, Robbins Brothers Costa Mesa! As much as you made one of my dreams come true tonight, through our partnership, we helped a myriad of dreams come true so for many in love out there, hanging their dreams upon Wish Upon A Wedding.
Til the next one...
