Why is this random NPC's character design so peak?? She even has fully rendered clothing that sits on top of the skin instead of being a flat design on one layer. (Shut up, you know what I mean.) Is Wislawa an important character, or? Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I just don't know why Hoyo would go through that kind of effort for a limited-time event character. Also, her and Edler are so fucking gay. I fear Wisler is too niche though, but it's okay, I'll make it happen.
