Plague doctor Sam. Walking into the towns so the children stop playing the adults take them away whispering "there he is the doctor" because the doctor meant someone was gonna die. Being beaten away from towns "get out you vermin! Get out, death's keeper!" Sam walking on the dirt roads, sitting down to eat what food he brung. Clutching his cross and quickly praying every time he preforms surgery, lord death talking to him without Sam knowing it was Death. Witch!Ruby becoming friends with the lonely plague doctor and they talk while walking from town to town. Ruby using healing herbs while Sam nurses sick patients.
