Ok random as hell I KNOW but does anyone know where to find the 2002 unaired pilot for Eastwick? It had like Lori Loughlin, Chris Evans, and one of the Desperate Housewives in it, and I’m just so obsessulated with witchy media. I watched the movie which led me to the 2009 show which I LOVED so like I really want to find the 2002 pilot, so if anyone has any info pls lmk 😭

something about the blair witch project just sets it apart from anything else in the genre

its one of the original found footage films and for that reason i will always have love for it

I wanted to post this on Halloween day, to conclude my "vampires and witches" theme going on this month... Unfortunately I got very busy. At least I still have a spooky date: in some regions of France, like Bretagne, the "haunted night" was not from October 31st to November 1st, but rather from November 1st to November 2nd. The night of All Saints Day, the eve of the Day of the Dead, a time during which the ghosts and wraiths could walk among the living and return to the house of their next of kin...

Witches in fairytales: Fairytale-flavored

This post is a companion to my "Melting-pot" one. Here you shall find both A) Witches that are part of a fairytale world, but not based on a specific "type" or pre-existing character and B) Witches that are not from a fairytale work, rather coming from the worlds of fantasy or horror, but who still have a fairytale flavor to them. So The Craft Legacy was actually pretty good for a lot of reasons! It wasn’t a perfect movie and it has its issues like the original Craft had its own issues but I really enjoyed it and hope some people give it a chance

Also, 3/4 of the Witches are people of color, one of them is a Trans Witch who is treated very well, and there is masc male Bi representation. The characters were likable, the story was cohesive, the writing wasn’t super cringeworthy, and the messages were needed and well expressed imo
