Aiden, the youngest and smallest cat, was often lovingly called 'Runt', especially by Kiyan. So, years later, Aiden comes storming into the Caravan holding a miniscule werecat by the scruff and throwing him (/j) at Kiyan's feet like "WHO'S THE RUNT NOW BITCH" (affectionately)

Thorne: what do bees make?

Aiden: honey?

Okay. Finally coming back to this because I had started it but then I lost my progress and got pissed off. SO.

Since you're my Witcher mutual I'm going to take the chance to talk about Witcher!Thorne !

1. What is/are your OC's nickname(s) and how did it come about?

So, there's the basic ones- kit/kitten, that just comes with being a cat Witcher trainee. It stuck after starting on the path, though, because he's one of the youngest Cats. (Also occasionally called Kiddo, but mostly by Aiden or Guxart.)

He's also often called 'moggie' which is used to insult or tease him for being a werecat. A moggie (or 'moggy' if you're from the UK) is basically a cat with no breed, just a domestic cat, basically what 'mutt' means for dogs. The cat that just walked in your house one day? 99% chance that baby is a moggie.

For specific names from specific people-

Gaetan calls him Rosebush (because Thorne, thorn, yk).

Lambert calls him little freak. This came from him accidentally calling him a 'weird little freak' when talking to Aiden but Thorne didn't get offended by it so it stuck.

Aiden calls Thorne Little Grimalkin. Grimalkin is an archaic word for cat that was often associated with witchcraft, trickster fae, etc. He said it absentmindedly once when Thorne first got to the caravan and it stuck when Thorne got curious about it. It's sence been shortened to 'lil grim' on occasion.

8. How does your OC talk/what does your OC 's voice sound like?

The first form of Thorne, the toh OC, his voice claim was Ryan Reynolds from Deadpool. GW2 Thorne has the in-game VA Matthew Mercer. Witcher Thorne I don't really know. He's supposed to feel younger and more naive.

41. What is your OC's greatest fear?

Humans. He's half-elf, born a werecat, trans and gay, and a cat Witcher. Every moment he could get an angry mob of villagers chasing after him.

56. What are some of your OC's strengths?

Between cat Witcher training and being a werecat, Thorne is great with agility and stealth.

He's good with usual swords, but is better with shorter blades for speed. He usually draws duel-weilded seaxes or shortswords or daggers first before his steel sword.

57. What are some of your OC's weaknesses?

After the mutations, Thorne can no longer freely shift between humanoid and were form. He's always in-between 'forms' and will occasionally lean more towards the were-form when in cat madness.

Speaking of which, he's a Cat Witcher. He deals with cat madness. Any emotion too strong can trigger a bloodthirsty rage. Luckily, Aiden taught him how to control his anger ever since he got to the caravan.

66. What is your OC's favorite food?

Raw meat. There isn't a lot he can eat easily- his teeth are similar to that of a domestic cat's, who are obligate carnivores. They're made to tear up meat. Second, as a witcher, he's pretty much immune to any bacteria that would make a normal person sick from raw meat.

It makes hunting on the path much easier!

He also likes apples for treats, but they're hard for him to eat. Aiden bought them for him when he was still in training.
