Today is my 10th married anniversary and 17th total . I had a wonderful but undecorated cheesecake for our wedding soooo I decided for this anniversary I was going to make us/me a pretty cake. It's a gluten free Italian cream cake with a buttercream frosting and flowers topped off by some edible sparkle dust to make it shimmer. I am so so pleased with how it came out. Living gluten free means fancy cakes like this are few and far between .
