Yep, according to the official guidebook Pidge is 15, Lance and Hunk are 17, Keith is 18, and Shiro is 25. Lance, Hunk, and Keith were all in the same grade/class (high school seniors) and Keith 9 months older than Lance and 4? Months older than Hunk if I remember correctly.
