I started using it at night, every night, my skin reacted badly to it (maybe it was a mix of this and something else) I had to stop using it, but even though that happened it did hydrate my skin. I think in my case using it maybe once or twice a week will do the trick. Is a thick serum as you can see by the picture but it dries fast with to sticky feeling. I have notice a more plump skin, which is always a win!
