Get your witchy to do list ready for tomorrow’s New Moon in Virgo, the second one this Virgo Season! from my Grimoire to yours 💁🏼♀️🌚✨📖🖊️💫★🌾🫧🍐🗒️🌼♍️
I got sick in time for the Halloween; I was pretty grumpy about it. That’s why I couldn’t do my usual shenanigans for the holiday, I had to quit all my pumpkin treats and carving and even getting the pumpkin, because I couldn’t move from the bed and was barely fixing myself some basic meals.
After two and a half days of being sick, I got tired of it. I’m not used to being sick for longer than 24 hours and I hate that covid weakened my immune system. I needed to get better faster, dammit. So, I remembered I still had some elderberry syrup from the last year. It was in the fridge for a long time, and it fermented a lot, to the point where it tasted alcoholic. I wasn’t sure if it still worked like it used to, and I decided to take some to see what happens.
You’re not supposed to take elderberry syrup when you’re already sick; the way it works is that it redirects energy from your body into your immune system, so if you’re very sick, your body is already using most of your energy to fight the virus, and if you direct more, you can deteriorate badly and your fever can get worse. But, I didn’t have a high fever anymore, I was just physically weak and had difficulty breathing, and my sinuses were clogged up. And, I felt if at this point I redirected more energy to my immune system, I would simply feel a bit worse and then get better faster. So, I grabbed that out-of-date, fermented elderberry syrup and just took a decent gulp and went to bed.
And wow did it work!! I deteriorated so fast, next time I tried to get up, I realized i could not stand up at all, it was like being in a high fever, though I didn’t have a way to check if I had one again. Have to give it to the elderberry syrup, fermenting in the fridge did not affect it’s medicinal abilities at all! It does work!
I wasn’t upset about getting worse, it was late evening already, and I simply went to bed. Woke up feeling way better than before, and the day afterwards I was okay to go to work again. 100% worth it. Felt like I was at least doing some kind of witchcraft for Halloween.
That feeling after having just dusted and vacuumed my room and watered its resident orchid. Now the window is open, incense is burning, and the essential oil diffuser is running.
Message me for a tarot reading! ☺🔮
I Need Some Witchy Things To Do Besides Spells
I feel like I’m always looking up “daily witchcraft” and “witchy activities” but I never find quite what I’m looking for. It’s either really complicated spells with ingredients that I definitely don’t have or something like “brush your teeth counterclockwise to banish negative energy” and there’s no in between. What are just some minor witchy things to do when you don’t have enough energy for a spell but don’t feel like just drinking a cup of tea?
Also another thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of the times I feel most witchy when I’m online reblogging witchy-looking photos or ideas, or worse is when I’m shopping for supplies. My witchcraft shouldn’t revolve around aesthetic or purchasing things in order to make it feel real. But I can’t help it - I like aesthetic and things!
So if anyone has any suggestions as to what they do to feel their magic in their spare time besides just shopping for witch supplies, doing a spell, or drinking tea, please let me know because I’m desperate!!

Witchy Activities (An online journal)
November 23rd, 2017
I want to focus on a few areas of interest in my craft and spiritual life. I’m posting this as a little “online journal entry” and to share with any other witchy friends online who may be interested. If anyone wants to share their experiences in these activities or advice, I’d be thankful (ahaha....ya know... cause it’s thanksgiving...aaaaaanyway) I do spend a lot of time online learning and talking about witchy stuff but I think I need to do more, ya know? Anyway here’s a list of some things I wanna do whenever I have time to:
+ More Tarot (learning more about the card meanings and trying spreads. I usually don’t do spreads)
+More about my birth chart and signs and planets and shit (I know a very minimal amount, I’m just getting started with it. I have made my chart though with a website that gives you info about what it all means)
+Spirit/ghost stuff (ie making my home welcoming to non-evil/non-mischievous spirits, maybe using the oujia board, tarot with ghosts, idk...i just wanna do more ghosty/spirit stuff)
+Do better at taking care of the plants I have and maybe growing some herbs
+Yule prep and celebration
+Maybe try my hand at a few more times of divination (I’ve tried runes and pendulum but neither have really been my thing. I like Ouija but I can’t do it alone and can’t always convince friends to do it with me. Even less likely that they’ll take it seriously.)
+Drink more tea (this can be mundane but i can make it witchy with little rituals...also my mom wants me to help her drink up her excessive tea collection.)
Anonymously (or not) please tell me your daily witchy activities 🌻
I need inspiration and I'm curious!
