Immune boosting depression nap tea
Feel sickly because you’re depressed? Just make some tea and take a nap!
First heat your water and grab your favorite mug!
Then you’ll need:
1tsp loose leaf tea of your choice (I chose a gunpowder green tea) a few small pieces of orange rind two small freeze-dried raspberries (gently smashed into smaller pieces) about 1/2tsp of spearmint about 1/4tsp chamomile about 1/4tsp of hibiscus aaaaand a sprinkle of catnip (and then another sprinkle on the floor for your cat; be careful with catnip - too much of it can make you nauseous and give you headaches. i personally have a sensitivity to it, so i really mean like a small sprinkle here because any more and the nausea i’m trying to get to go away just comes back double force and i either pass out or get sick, soooo.)
Grab a tea ball or reusable tea bag, or whatever you use to brew your tea. put it all in and pour your hot water over the tea bag.
steep for like.. 3-5 minutes and then drink! i add about two spoons of honey to mine, but as you can see i have a giant mug
