How to chanel your own energy

Channeling your energy is all about visualization and being in touch with your energy and soul. Closing your eyes and meditating is a great way to channel your energy. When you close your eyes and breathe deeply try to focus on the energy you are producing. Memorize how it feels and what it looks like to you. From there you can work on moving the energy to different place in your body. You don’t have to visualize for this part but if it helps you, you can. Focus on the energy and how it feels in the different area of your body. Bring it to various parts of your body till you are good at moving and recognizing it. Now that you can recognize what it's like usually you can change it and make it do what you envision.  Changing the color or emotion or just what state of matter it's in makes a significant difference on how it feels. So play with that and see what you can sense from it. A great way to do this is to put it in the chest area. After doing this it's best to either spread it out or cleanse it from your body using whatever methods you use to cleanse.
