Energy Shifts and the Spirits Twist.
Hail and Hallowed Hunting my friends and fellow witches! Look at this, I'm not leaving you a whole month between updates. So, what's new? First, as always, a few short life updates. I've been meeting my writing quota more often than not. So there is that to be proud of. I was unable to get my tattoo this past Friday (I don't remember if I mentioned I was getting a tattoo but I am). However, I have rescheduled for this coming Friday and hopefully, it will all work out. I'll keep you posted on that. Now onto the witchery. I've been delving more deeply into spirit and trance work this past week. Doing it more often than I have been recently. I've been doing this because for the past two weeks, perhaps longer, I've been getting constant warnings. The first few times I chalked it up to my mind playing tricks on me. Rather than trusting my intuition I assumed I was simply blowing things out of proportion. But I no longer believe that to be the case. I did a group trance two nights ago with two other people who have joined me in my work. The parallels between our trances and the readings we've each individually been receiving have aligned so closely that it's almost creepy even after a couple months of working together. This isn't my first time working with other people where the Web is concerned. It's not the first time I've connected with people and brought them into my space, shown them my work. But it is the first time I've done it with more than one person at a time and it is the first time that things have come together so seamlessly. We record what we have seen or felt and then share it all at once so that nothing can be altered and still they align. And it is because of this most recent reading that I have decided I need to listen to those warnings and follow the advice I have been given. My New Moon ritual is coming up. An ideal time for cleansing and banishing. During this ritual, and the days preceding it, I will be doing just that. Cleansing and banishing anything that shouldn't be there, anything that is affecting our lives in a way that shouldn't be. There is quite a lot of energy fluctuating lately. It has been since the Eclipse. It's been building and writhing and I know that many people have been feeling the effects of these shifts. I think the best thing to do for this coming full moon, if you have not already made plans, is some sort of cleansing ritual. If you also do trance work it may be beneficial to you to have a look at what the Otherworld has to say to you. As a final note, my discord group is still open and we are still accepting members.
