Anyone have tips for how to cook meat so it's microwaveable without going dry? I have dietary restrictions and meat is the only source of protein I can eat safely on bad-stomach days, but takes a lot of spoons to cook regularly, so I want to cook big batches when I can afford to waste energy on making food.
Followers? I often find that sprinkling a little water on the bowl/plate around a food with a tendency to dry can help in the microwave. Some people recommend microwaving the food with a small mug of water also in there!
