Today was the first time I had a vulnerable, deep conversation with the dude I'm seeing. He doesn't live in my city, I feel like that's an important detail that I need to mention.

If you're holding too much inside you, try to take deep breaths and release them one by one. Make a plan, jot them down in your notebook if you're feeling unsure.

Say a prayer silently and ask for guidance. Eventually something good will happen.

Things will always get better. If you can commit into believing it wholeheartedly, you'll be unshakeable. Life won't topple you over easily.

I am no expert. The opposite really, but I am willing to try.

monkey facts from today (barbary macaques)

- came from argentina / morocco

- there are 3 groups not 2 at the forest

- they eat the left over jacket potatos at the end of the day (the old ones whose teeth are worn down)

- oldest in down group is 25, oldest is top group is 30!!!

also today

we played on the monkey play ground and it was more adult size not kid size so we had fun.
