Comments: A wild, anxiety-ridden, immensely enjoyable ride! Seeing Rafael make a certain realization is something to relish, along with the angst which will keep you on the edge of your seat. Such a thrill, and incredibly well-paced. As always, the dialogue is a highlight for me. The banter and fluff are so satisfying. Also? Hot.

@skysquid22: One of the few 'horror' fics in this fandom, a wonderful thriller involving the loop and love of Groundhog Day but instead of it resetting after a day, it resets after a death. Both gruesome and gorgeous. A perfect read for Halloween.

Comments: This fic makes me feel feelings. Listen to the song it’s inspired by, ‘Like I Can’ by Sam Smith, to intensify the angst. Pining Barba is always delicious to read. So much pain, a slow realization and a beautiful resolution. The author’s stunning first contribution to the fandom!

@summermint: This fic pushed me to make an edit, my first Barisi edit, so I guess that this speaks aloud about how much this fic means to me. Rafael is so in character and the whole fic is tremendously bittersweet.

Comments: A mysterious ‘tip-off’ to a newspaper means that Barba and Carisi’s relationship is outed to the world, despite its non-existence. Rather than request a retraction, Barba and Carisi are more or less forced to carry out a charade under the orders of their superiors, due to the positive reaction from the public. It gets... messy, and feelings may get hurt along the way, namely those of this here mod (who deeply and personally cannot recommend getting one’s heart broken by Robin Hood enough).

@skysquid22: Fake relationships AU’s are some of my favorite AU’s in existence. Forcing two characters to be together for a prolonged period of time with pining involved, it’s perfect! As you can imagine though, forced fake relationships in the SVU universe don’t mesh well together, but either way Robin Hood (kjack89) takes on my favorite trope in For Every Good Reason. With superb writing the characters feel like the real deal, this fic will for sure keep you on the edge of your seat and break your heart at the same time.
