this might be a hot take but while I fully believe that xichen might think he's a rape baby, in actuality he was conceived before the whole drama and was vaguely Wanted even! maybe not i want to be married to a sect leader wanted but he was willingly conceived. wangji, who also think he's a rape baby, was either conceived or kept(as in madam lan didn't abort) because his mother wanted company.
