yeoreum has never had a head for books, but she does have an uncanny memory for faces. and roisin's is one she'd recognize anywhere, even though she's only seen it printed on film photos more than a decade back. the thing is, though, that yeoreum's not the same girl who only dared to show her photos to one person across the oceans from her, hidden in the letters she mailed. she looks different now, and it's embarrassing to remember who she used to be. so she hides them away again, smiling like she doesn't recognize her old penpal. "hi, nice to meet you! you're so pretty!"
