A baking update.

Baking naan bread for the choir summer meet-up tomorrow. I can safely say this is the first time since 9th grade (which was... *very* long ago) I've baked with yeast. Yeast is slightly terrifying. For me it's basically this cube of alive-y things that throw a freaking tantrum if it gets too hot or too cold or if it's too drafty and it can ultimately cock up whatever you're trying to make.

And now it feels like the dough is watching me because I'm talking shit about yeast.

So the dough will probably cock up because of that.

We'll see in about half an hour.
