oh, i was on the steven wiki the other day havin a chat with other fans. i was like, lapis is so OP. she can use both water and ice? i thought that sapphire was the ice gem, but lapis gets both ok w/e.

then this one person was like, malachite used ice 7. i was like... source? they linked me to a google search of ice 7. omg. i’m not saying ice 7 doesn’t exist, i’m asking for canon proof that malachite formed ice 7 as apposed to normal ice. something like a tweet from a crew member. 

but they were like, no she forms the ice with pressure from jasper not coldness. i was like, source? said she didn’t need a source
