it’s incredible what how much positivity/negativity affect overwatch, actually... I’m quite cynical so when every climbing guide was “you’re gonna have to basically be team cheerleader” I was like... really? but since making a conscious effort to be positive? I don’t really like doing it, it’s very taxing for me in terms of energy but it really, really gets results- it’s been great!

apart from when the team are overwhelmingly negative! in chat only, ofc, because what’s a microphone! and won’t switch comp up (or discuss it) no matter how politely you ask! or will all switch to dps and then complain that there’s no tank/healer, despite the fact that blizzard have yet to implement a tank/healer combo, and you can’t, shockingly, do both! and won’t regroup no matter how many times you ask!

but then after a loss like that, (and all of your teammates flooding into match chat to blame one another, ofc) you can still say, among the spam “gg, we weren’t co-ordinated at all- you totally deserved that win!” and have one person on the goddamn enemy team saying “hey, I saw you, you were a problem for me, you were good!” can do wonders to erase tilt. thanks for people who are like that.

#The main problem was someone went Pharah last map and I was like OK #I can save this by whipping out the Mercy #without checking #their career profile #because I'm stupid #anyway #she kept.... flying into walls... missing windows.... she actually died from falling more than once...#anyway it's not like I was the Angel of Innocence here I got pretty pissed when all the inane switches were taking place #hahhhhh and my shotcalling is still non-existent apart from basic shit I've trained myself into doing like 'genji no deflect'#'tracer no recall' which is USELESS at this level believe you me #and sometimes I do get the old 'panic and can't speak' shit #and if I'm playing Mercy I can usually signal with my pistol at flankers and that sometimes works #but #usually it's just concentration #ANYWAY these guys were delightful as you can imagine #overwatch #i should go to bed but I'm probs just gonna go play Dragon Age

You know what? I can’t believe anything I read on this website until I check it. No sources? That’s like trash to me. I’ve read so many stuff that wasn’t real or correct (not always due to honest ignorance, if you get me) that I can’t trust anything I find on here. And I think you all should do the same. Tumblr can be a very persuasive, threatening and guilt-tripping environment.
