Ivy actually doesn't have any name besides that celestial one, impossible to pronounce in any known human language. Other angels have their names written by ancient tribes because those were angels, who came down on the surface of Earth. And as Ivy was one of the minor ones, never predicted to stay in her vessel, she can't tell anybody her real name. She even doesn't know her true vessel's name, she just assumed it's Ivy because of a tattoo above her right ankle.
