Ruben plopped his arm over Lian's torso trapping him against the warm mattress. "No, we are not leaving this bed today. You can't convince me to go out to that snow!"

"No?" With an amused smile on his lips, Lian turned to Ruben, enjoying the warmth emanating from the other and snuggled up to him once more.

With one arm wrapped around his back, he gazed playfully into his still tired eyes. Behind him, he could see the white snow through the window pane that had fallen on them overnight.

Wonderful weather, in his opinion.

"But what do you say we both dress warmly, go for a walk and then look forward to warming up in front of the fireplace?" Lovingly, but also to convince him Lian rubbed his nose against Rubens'.

Ruben pursed his lips, his blue eyes focused on the boy before him. He contemplated the perspective. Red cheeks on frost bitten Lian's face sounded pretty. And the fireplace afterwards looked promising. As the other leaned in Ruben's eyes squinted before he shut them surprised. "...aaahhhh, fine!" He murmured already grumpy even though they were still both in warm bed.

Last spoiler warning!! (I know the character's names but it's easier to write actors names, I don't make the rules)

So one thing completely didn't make sense to me in the last movie. It stood out like it was so dumb I couldn't comprehend how they kept it and thought it was anything normal.

Cruise is suffering from Sam Winchester disease (no female is safe in the plot around him). But he had a really good thing going on with this work colleague, Rebecca. And since they both were rogue spies/agents they didn't have an actual relationship or anything truly romantic. They just vibed when they met every other month being chased and shot at <3

But then a new girl arrives at the plot - Hayley. And Cruise knows her for like two days. And the bad guy is "I need you to choose who of the ladies will get killed." And I get that she is pretty and maybe there's even some chemistry, but come on! If there was a dude in her place how that plot point would work?!

And also they killed off Rebecca which I think was the worst thing they could have done. If Cruise wanted to retire from the series she could pick up perfectly, she's so good at it <3 ehhhhhhhhhh

The path in this mind is different. It's slithery, it's dark... not pitch black, but he knows when he wanders in a human mind and he knows when he wanders in an abyss far REMOVED FROM MORTALITY -- otherworldly. It's the whispers that give it away. Even if this immitation of a mortal creature is deceivingly convincing... Seth has tasted thousands of dreams and can tell the difference.

The fish are his little gift to the other entity. Out of place in the chaos unfolding that the creature causes. But Seth is wrapped into his cloud of darkness in the sky and pulling one string himself, almost smirking. A LITTLE TWIST of his finger and the goldfish grow teeth. Come alive. They writhe on the string and wrap around the creature's limbs. Tighter with each round, they swim in invisible water that rises and rises. And Seth as a seat in the front row with his twinkling eyes, gleaming like stars in the darkening sky.

Cat's dreams are even less linear than human ones. Where a person sometimes can wake up with a clear convoluted plotline ready to disperse once they blink once too many times - with feline brain it's more about the smallest scenes and feelings brought up by those: fear of the big dog, recollection of hunger at the memory of food.

With Grim's mind being half occupied by his demonic self the recognition of how the dream was too detailed didn't come easily. Immersed in the thick reality woven by his own neurons and nightmare unfolding on the threads Grim found himself sinking deeper into the presented landscape. Fangs showed at the fish attacking him. He was ready to fight. But this wasn't his playground, he realized that his movements are caught in the strings and the darkness that rose like it wanted to drown the cat.

But he wasn't a cat and he definitely wouldn't get scared by darkness. His shape shifted, like the fur started to soak up the blackness. The dry water surrounding him broke into waves of thick fog. He looked up to his own name called, echoing in the vast sphere of his dream. Golden eyes twinkled with anger and a low rumble rose in his cat throat. // @heartxshaped-bruises

Perhaps because demonic nature was so similar to the feline one they both blended so seamlessly in Grim. That caused the cat form to manifest in his love for tuna, catnip addiction and all the other small things that are essential for his fluffy specie.

When asleep this distinction surely was even more visible. The demons didn't need rest, they had no soul to retire. But as Grim found a sunny, heated spot in the lazy afternoon he slowed down, wrapped himself in a donut and closed his golden eyes. Soon his breath calmed down and all the walls that demon could have put up fell down.

He wasn't a cat though. He knew more of the world and he knew about creatures that would make pitbulls run for their money. In his dreams he fought with angels and other demons. And if he stopped to think he could wonder why angels were taunting him with sparkling golden fishies on a long rod.
