i think one of my biggest character developments this semester is how easy it’s become for me to sit down with someone and say ‘tell me what i’m doing wrong and how i can be better’ like the sting of criticism is GONE now that i’m in a mindset where i’m constantly thinking about how it can and will change things for the better
