Fennel - Grana - Anchovies Chop the fennel roughly. Season it with salt, black pepper, thyme and lemon juice. Put in on a backing tray and then in the oven. When they are slightly tender, take them out. Top it with Anchovies and Grana or Parmigiano. Give it the last twist by putting some olive oil and sprinkles of Lemon Juice.
