Fausto Maijstral wants to celebrate with you the release of "the first five year plan", from Econore records. "The first five year plan" is a work that documents the start of our music collaboration and brotherhood, 30 minutes of the over 7 hours of recordings did on a four track tape machine, improvising music. It has been a special moment when Julian from Econore records showed interest in us and wanted to put out such a raw and intimate work! Alphawave #9 tells about spells and magic, it couldn't exist anything better for a long summernight. Can we modify the events with our will? Probably not, but, can we taste how sweet would it taste? Is there something that we experience in our life that truly look, sounds or feels like magic, and unreal? You only have the answer. A listening session of magic-like sounds, from deep, infinite drones of Wizard Ashdod, into the hypnotic, unreal sound of Instant Voodoo.

Wizard Ashdod draws hypnotic miniatures that rip deep DIY wormholes into time/space and that are cut with all sorts of liminal subterranea. At any point it seems like the sound has reached a saturation point, but then somehow, there are more layers, and the sound is in constant flux.

Instant Voodoo is nothing but a physical vessel used by faceless warriors to summon higher powers into transitional vibrations. It goes as quickly as it comes, leaving the audience in a state of half-neutered extasy no one ever fully recovers from.
